Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains when an order can be cancelled, replaced or reviewed for refund support.

Cancellation before production

Orders can be cancelled only before printing, cutting or custom production starts. Once production begins, model-specific and custom artwork orders may not be cancellable.

Refund review

Refunds are reviewed for duplicate payment, failed payment capture, wrong product dispatched, visible production defect, or confirmed Case Point production error.

Custom artwork orders

Custom skins are made from the uploaded image and selected device model. Refunds are not available for low-quality uploaded images, wrong model selection, or change of mind after production.

Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment partner timelines may vary after initiation.
